Edventures Group, a professional Behavioral Health Organization, providing School Based Day Treatment Programs for "At risk youth" throughout the Navajo Nation is now recruiting for energetic and talented staff.

All staff must possess at a minimum a valid driver's license and a fingerprint clearance card.

Regional Director

  • Location: Gallup area
  • Reporting: Reports directly to the CEO of Edventures Group
  • Qualifications:
    • Strong Management and Organizational skills in operations of a private organization.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Master's in Management, Social Work or related area preferred.
    • Must have a minimum of fours years of supervisory experience.
    • Must have a vast knowledge and positive working relationship with local, state and tribal governments.
    • Must be able and willing to travel to various sites and locations.
  • Operations:
    • Day to day operations including staff patterns, schedules and calendars.
    • Development of Standard Operating Procedures .
    • Maintain Quality Assurance standards.
    • Responsible for maintaining Accreditation.
    • Responsible for program and service Integrity.
    • Actively participates and recommends improvements to the leadership.
    • Supervision of staff, recruiting, hiring, training, discipline, termination.
    • Supervises Financial, Human Resources and day to day operations of the organization in the area.
    • Participates in grant writing.
  • Public Relations:
    • Represents the organization in the utmost professional manner to tribal, state, federal as well municipal governments.
    • Arranges and provides presentations to various entities including School Districts, Behavioral Health agencies, Tribal Departments, Chapters and others as necessary.
    • Builds coalitions of service professionals around specific tasks and projects.
    • Initiates new programs and expand existing services.
    • Participates in various task forces, state and tribal committees and federal level initiatives.
    • And others as assigned.
  • Salary: Depending on Qualifications. $50-60K.

Business Office Manager

  • Location: Gallup area
  • Responsibilities: Handles all day to day financial, Human capital and billing operations
  • Salary: DOQ
  • Requirements: bachelor's degree in business or related field, a minimum of five years experience in office management and supervisory position.

Licensed Master's Level or PhD Therapists

  • Openings in Thoreau NM
  • Provides clinical interventions for clients and supervises the day to day operations of the site.

Behavioral Health Technician (Bachelor's preferred)

  • Openings in Window Rock AZ and Thoreau NM
  • At a minimum, must have a valid driver's license, Finger print card and two years of experience working with adolescents.
  • Requirements: Experience working with troubled youth. Must have at a min. AA.
  • Responsibilities: Supervise a group of adolescents in a school based setting. Work as a clinical team member. Responsible for Psycho-educational groups.

Support Specialist (Case Management/Office support)

  • Openings in Window Rock AZ and Thoreau NM
  • Coordinates between agencies for referrals, assists families with placements and provides office support to the site staff.

Support Specialist - FT (40 hrs a week)

  • Experience and Education Qualifications:
    • Must have at a minimum, an A.A. degree. A Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Two years experience in office operations preferred
    • Must possess a valid Driver license
    • Agrees to Confidentiality
    • Must possess Fingerprint Clearance Card with AZ Dept of Safety
  • Clerical/office duties:
    • Answering phones, taking messages
    • Using a fax machine, printer, and photocopier
    • Typing letters, briefings, etc
    • Creating labels, preparing envelopes for parent letter, staffing reports, etc., making signs/brochures
    • Entering information into a program or database (appointments, contact information, client records)
    • Filing papers, sorting mail, mailing letters and packages
    • Ordering new office supplies, keeping track of inventory of supplies
    • Customer service, greeting parents, visitors
    • Running small errands
    • Help set up PowerPoint presentations, setting up meeting rooms, setting up for parent nights and staffing meetings.
      • Must be familiar with and can use Microsoft Word, Excel (Monthly clinical spreadsheets) , PPT (parent night, etc), Publisher (calendar)
      • Submits requests to IT, maintenance, etc
      • Picks up mail from Administration office
  • Outreach
    • Produce monthly newsletters
    • Scheduling motivational speakers, community speakers, and any other speakers
    • Planning fieldtrips, setting up itineraries
  • Referrals
    • Transport new referral clients and parents to IHS and RHBA for evaluations/intake
    • Make contact with newly referred clients' parents
    • Organize and fax all referral forms to IHS and RHBA
  • Communication
    • Maintain great communication with Edventures staff and school staff
    • Great verbal skills
    • Be responsible for the daily/weekly schedules
    • Responsible for forwarding the daily attendance to billing manager
    • Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources
    • Handles crisis in a professional/calm manner
    • Ensure that classrooms/settings are adequately set up and hygienic.
    • Follow through with client referrals
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Supervision:
    • The Office Specialist reports to the site supervisor.
